Won my court case but ownership is now a problem

I think this unfortunate company should be warned that the local village idiot has nicked their headed paper and is using it.

The hob, grill and a microwave. The same as we have for the last 3 months. Thermocouple went in our oven and with wife losing her job due to covid we have had to make do. It's a pain but manageable with a bit of thought.

I see. If you have not already told the company that the cooker is available for collection, then I would do this now. If the court did not order that the company had to uninstall the cooker, then I would not push the company to uninstall it or pay for to get it uninstalled unless you want this issue to drag on and on. Get your own electrician or a friend to do the uninstalling. It is not diffifult to do.
