Flexible Furlough and Annual Leave

Looking for some advice on how annual leave works with flexible furlough.
Say an employee had been on full furlough and returned part time on flexible furlough, Working 3 days and furloughed 2 days a week. Would the employer be allowed to make the employee take annual holidays for all furloughed days week to week consecutively until annual leave is used up?
Thanks.

If they give you sufficient notice and top the wages up then yes.0

I think most companies write into their contracts that they can only force so many days annual leave. Have a look at yours. But in answer to your question, yes they can force annual leave with adequate notice.DWTF said:Looking for some advice on how annual leave works with flexible furlough.Say an employee had been on full furlough and returned part time on flexible furlough, Working 3 days and furloughed 2 days a week.
