I used to have a SE facing garden and it was fine, I now have an easy facing garden and still have no issues with itI am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and should not be seen as financial advice.1

I have owned a property with North facing garden, it was raised about 1-1.5m above the ground level of the house so basically had sun all day apart from the 3 metres closest to the house.
My current property has a South east facing garden which is a corner plot and wraps around the side of the house. We get sun all day in some parts of the garden and shade in various parts of the garden from either our large trees, hedge or from the house itself. This gives us plenty of options on where to sit based on the weather.
https://www.suncalc.org/ will help you and you can change times of day/year to give you an indication.
