Hi i just wondered if anyone could give me some advice about a shared access dispute. I live in a mid-terrace house which has a shared access pathway across the back gardens to take the bins out every two weeks. Not at all. The OP was defending herself against an incorrect interpretation of what she'd written, which is fair enough, but it didn't make her right about blocking the access for even 1% (other estimates are available! ) of the time or inflaming a delicate situation with a bolt that would hardly ever be used.
