Quickest path to a BBL?

Hey everyone!
Hoping for a bit of guidance. I'd like to apply to a BBL just to be on the safe side.
However, I bank with Monzo who isn't able to offer anything.
I signed up with a Tide Business bank account but they're no longer able to process applications as their lending pool has dried up. I applied for an HSBC feeder account but got declined for having one (Iffy historic credit) and so, I'm left wondering where to go...
Has anyone opened a new business account with say, Lloyds or Barclays and been able to apply for a loan in a semi-reasonable time frame?
Appreciate any help or guidance!
