childcare vouchers refund

I asked because I wanted to know whether the nursery did the right thing or not. It was never our intention to do anything wrong we followed the guidance of our childcare provider! I've been given opinions here what should have happened but surely you'd expect the advice from a large national chain childcare provider to be reliable also. If this is the system then it needs fixing. I dread to think how many hours of phone calls it would take to get to the bottom of this so you can hardly blame me for just accepting what we were told by the childcare provider. It's their job to know the system surely. If a system exists to pay the tax back then I will do it, but it seems to me that this is an unusual situation where it would be far from straightforward to resolve. If not then please let me know!

Did you inform the voucher scheme that your childcare needs had stopped?0

Yes we both stopped our payments, but one lot of payments went out for each of us before the changes took effect.KatrinaWaves said:Did you inform the voucher scheme that your childcare needs had stopped?0 -
Because someone may have some helpful advice on how I could go about rectifying it or may have similar experience or may know something different. I guess you're right though, I should just do what anyone else would and not think any more about it.sheramber said:
So , now that you know they have not done the right thing what now?andrewf75 said:I asked because I wanted to know whether the nursery did the right thing or not.
Why bother asking if you are going to take action about it?
