Disney Theme Park Tickets

We were due to go on a large family holiday to Florida in April and had spent a few thousand pounds on the Theme park tickets booked through Attractions. Our holiday was cancelled and the theme parks were closed at this time due to Covid. We have asked for a refund but Attractions are only offering to rearrange the dates and won’t give a refund. Are they allowed to do this as we don’t want to go rebook at the moment and just want our money back?
