best deal on a Stewart Milne new build

Hi i am looking at buying a Stewart Milne new build the cost is £332,000 and wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a discounted price or added extras in on the deal  the house has been on the market since December  it will be completed in November and the massive development is nearing the end of its cycle
it is in Scotland so still have LBTT to pay but surely in the current climate the price will come down or do we put in a lower offer bid and try get carpets and other fittings thrown in. has anyone had any luck doing this ?

Getting a discount on a newbuild is ALL about the demand for that style on that development.

One of the last on the estate, released 7 months ago? You may well be lucky. It can't hurt to ask.
