Steep drive - needs slabs relaying

We’ve inherited a house we will be selling,   It has a steepish section of drive,  it rises about five feet from the road to the house, maybe 20-25ft long before it levels along the side of the house.
It’s laid with big ‘council slabs’  and is very uneven on the slope, with slabs moving in the ruts that a big car made by going up and down. I think it was only ever laid on sand, well over 20 years ago and  there is no sign of cement. All the slabs are intact, I’d say perhaps 30 3x2 slabs need lifting and relaying.
We just want the simplest/cheapest way of sorting it as it looks terrible.
I’m happy to pay someone to do the donkey work,  would anyone have an idea of the potential cost/ what needs doing?
