Have you actually told UC about it. Unlike earnings processed under RTI I don't think they will automatically know from HMRC about a tax rebate (but will find out eventually).
I am still of the opinion that if you were in employment or self employment that year then the rebate should (according to the rules) retreated as earnings and that if you were not in work then it is ignored.
Were you in work in the relevant year?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0
