Any websites allow filtering by internal area?

Hi,
Looking around at houses in rightmove and zoopla, and it’s always so annoying to find something that looks promising, only to see on the floorplan the house is actually tiny, or worse no area measurements on the floorplan. As someone who is more interested in the actual size of a property than the number of bedrooms, are there any websites which allow search square meters?
thanks

It's not a typical bit of data included in any listings (other than the possibly dubious estimate in the EPC) so I'm not sure how a website could filter by it.

Thanks. Maybe its just from experience living abroad for a few years where it is commonplace, but I feel knowing the size of a property would be one of the most useful pieces of information to have. I didn't realise the EPC was just an estimate though, so thanks!0

I trust the EPC way more than what EAs measure. So far they have been spot on for me.Geography_rox said:Thanks. If there's one thing that drives me round the sodding twist about this country's housing market, it's the emphasis on the number of bedrooms and detachedness, and sod everything else...
It's damn near impossible to find out the floor area of most places, short of detectiving the exact house number then finding the original EPC - and that assumes the EPC assessor knew how to use his tape measure rather than simply lick it.0
