Joint Ownership --- selling

Hi,
Just wondering if you can help me with some basic queries, as i am a first time seller.
Me and wife bought a property in 2015 and we are the joint owners.
Eventually last year we decided to move overseas. So my wife moved with my son last year. and i am waiting to sell the property.
My house sell agreed today and the buyer is to strict timelines.
Now my wife is living overseas. So i believe we have to fill up the all sorts of different forms to transfer the ownership to the new buyer. and i believe both mine and my wife signature will be required.
So just wanted to confirm if i email those forms to my wife and she signs it and email it back to me. and i printout and sign it and send it to solicitor. Will it be accetable
or the forms will have to have fresh inked signature. In which case i will have to post the forms and get it by post again. and dont know cause of pandemic there will be delay in postal service. and i am worried because of the strict timeline of the buyer. Thats why came to ask you people.

Don't get too hung upon the buyer's timeline.OK- try to move things along as fast as you can, but inevitably conveyancing takes longer than buyers/sellers want, hope or expect.Just do your best.As for your wife's signiture, ask your conveyancer, but most will want a sig on a paper copy. Not the end of the world with courrier companies available around the world. And it may be possible to email the form, have your wife print it, sign it and courrier it back.0
