Loveholidays self cancellation

After a disastrous attempt at trying to move our holiday ( no response from LH, unable to contact them etc) we felt we had no option but to cancel as we did not want to go on holiday . Paid cancellation charge most of which was the flights. Not a great outcome as felt pushed into doing this as no other option. Tonight I have an email from Easyjet still showing our flights! Unable to get through to Easyjet to tell them flights already cancelled through LH....never again. Pulling my hair out and worried we are now going to be charged by Easyjet- looks as if Love Holidays have not cancelled our flights...
