Thai Airways currently say 6 months for a refund, is this considered acceptable or is it worth a chargeback/section 75?
Our flights were for the 12th of August, and I paid via Amex.

I did a dispute for theatre tickets and got the money back immediately on Amex.
The money was then charged back once the refund came in.

Did you do a chargeback or section 75?

Thai have not been refunding, they are fundamentally bankrupt, so waste no time and make a claim against Amex, they re-credit usually within a week. If its chargecard section 75 won't work as there is no credit, but chargeback will so start there

Thanks, I made a claim and Amex have credited my account, not sure if I can transfer the money some how but its better then waiting 6 months.
