TSB Internet Banking Issues

Had problems over past month with TSB internet banking, unable to log in, getting error messages and unable to transfer money or make payments, wrote a formal complaint and received a response saying there can be problems when using Microsoft Edge and to avoid logging in with this despite having used Microsoft to log in for the past two years. Tried to log in on Internet Explorer and still unable to make payments or transfer money, it seems TSB are aware of this problem but are not going to do anything to correct it. has anyone else experienced these issues with TSB internet banking?

Maybe you could try chrome or Firefox because internet explorer is also Microsoft so you would be likely to have problems on that too.0

Microsoft Edge recently became a Chromium browser. Internet Explorer is very old. It is best to use Chrome as Edge has Microsoft junk added on. TSB will not do much to fix internet explorer issues because it is pretty much obsolete.0
