Is there an Email address contact available for TUI, as after several hours of hold music and then being cut off on the phone, I would like to get my questions answered. At least then my query would also be in writing.

Then I guess you have to persevere with the phone.I'm surprised that the volume of calls is still so high.I rang on 1st June - just after they'd cancelled all holidays from 12/6 to 30/6 - and waited 90+ minutes to speak to a human.Since then, they've enable refund requests online and extended call centre hours for online/app bookings.0

They must have sent a job lot of emails Friday night, my holiday was booked for mid September.0
