Sisal and Jute Carpet

Why is it soooooo difficult to find a good sisal and jute carpet fitter. I've just refurbished my house and the end is in sight but cannot find a carpet fitter willing to lay sisal carpet. Yes..that's already ordered and due for delivery. Any advice welcome...I'm based in Merseyside - not a job I want to try myself. 🙄
