    That's strange.

    Are you saying that in July 2020 VCS issued a County Court Claim against your wife and nothing has happened since?

    Did you wife file a Defence?
    What was the last thing that happened?

    But it looks like you don't want more help, even though the Claim might be resurrected.

    What's happened to cause you to post so emotively after a long absence from the forum of over 2 years?  I can absolutely and categorically assure you that I have no connection whatsoever to any car park companies or their legal teams!
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
