Just to clarify, the word "given" means "received", and "issue date" means the "date sent".
The NTK does not have the mandatory wording, and therefore has a different meaning to that within the PoFA. In other words, the NTK has failed the strict requirements of the PoFA and cannot hold a keeper liable.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Why can't more newbies see this? It is such a clear flaw in the wording yet even when we say 9(2)f has been breached (narrowing it down to a single paragraph) we almost always get the poster quoting it back at us saying it looks right - aaaaarggghhh!
Sorry OP. This happens all the time. There are a stupid number of threads over the years, endlessly talking about tedious old Excel & VCS and how para 9(2)f doesn't say what they say in their NTKs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
