Beware Mino Tools

I purchased an indestructible trimmer on https://www.mino-tools.com on 19/05/2020 for £39.90.
The item has not been delivered.
I have sent many messages to info.minotools@gmail.com and support@mino-tools.com to cancel the order and refund my credit card but have received no response.
The company are based in Canada and have no telephone number to contact.
I have received no response and have asked for a chargeback on my credit card via a dispute form sent by email.
My credit card provider has still not acknowledged my email so I am not sure whether this request is being progressed.
So this is a general warning mainly about purchasing from this site but also delays associated with dispute resolution during COVID.

Totally agree about non UK vendors but didn't realise that they were non UK at time of purchase.
Also general warning about buying products advertised on Facebook by following the website links.0 -
