    Seems like the harder job in these types of multi-freehold arrangements is convincing the other freeholders than it is the council..



    Any freeholder is likely to want you to jump through the same hoops.

    But a 'professional freehold company' would often have experienced people to deal with this. They'd tell you what they want you to do in these circumstances, they might have standard pre-written documents and contracts which they could send you.

    The challenge for you is that you might be dealing with amateurs who might have no experience of this kind of stuff.
    • It may work to your advantage, as you may be able to 'walk all over them'.
    • Or they might have unrealistic expectations of what you should pay them etc
    • Or they might get overwhelmed by it all, and hide and refuse to discuss it with you.
