Love Holidays

I'm due to go on holiday to Club Asteria Belek next week, booked with Love Holidays. I had an email from Love Holidays saying it was going ahead but I have emailed at least 5 times with no response. I even tried the CEO's email. I tried live chat which took over 2.5 hours , it didnt answer my questions and then kicked me out to queue again.
I only asked about Covid safety at the hotel and just wanting to confirm my hotel booking,  as there has been press about love holidays customers arriving at the hotel and it's not even open. I think the hotel is now part of Tui but i cant get hold of them or the hotel either.
Any advice appreciated.

Well as they have told you your holiday is going ahead next week you will maybe just have to go?    Have you checked the hotels website for info?   Most will give you an idea if they are open at least.   For what it's worth I don't think there are many people who arrived at hotels that weren't open, in the grand scale of things.  Fingers crossed anyway.   Maybe post on Love Holidays social media?  They might respond on there?    Hope you have a fabulous time if all goes ahead.

No hotel is going to open without adequate covid regimes .

What else are you hoping to achieve by speaking to loveholidays ? 

Or are you looking for an escape clause as you no longer want to go ?
