I agree , they must have reached the "trading while insolvent" point.
Credit card companies start holding onto your funds for longer or not releasing them , they ask for larger bonds to carry on providing services and then next march 31st you have to find your ATOL bond .
The small number of staff does vindicate why these smaller specialist agencies have struggled with the tsunami of claims since march .
