Childcare vouchers & Furlough

I've been using the childcare voucher scheme for the last few years and found it very good. Whilst on Furlough the company I work for have calculated the my 80% pay is based on my wage after the CVS deduction. For example if I earn £1000 they take the £240 from that amount leaving £760 and then pay me 80% of that figure. This leaves me with £608. So I have basically paid for the vouchers but received no childcare as nursery's were closed. I reduced my childcare payment to £1 as my son should have started the 30 hour free in March. Thid has now also been stopped. I'm now back in work and had a nursery bill for £440. In a nut shell I'm losing out on 30 hours free, my £240 vouchers / the money before 80% and I'm surviving on a reduced wage. I've tried contacting my local MP but getting no help other than being told to seek legal advice (yeah because its free). I can't help but feel I'm being robbed as I hear people on the bike to work scheme were given a break as there was no work!!
Can anyone point me in the direction of help? There isn't anything online that I can see.
