parking signage too high ?

Hello
I have received a LBC with the incident date at August - 2018 for leaving the site of a retail park. (seymour Grove Retail Park)
The image attached shows the sign of the private parking area. (SAR requested)
Is anyone aware of any rules of the maximum height the sign should be ?
As I feel the sign is too high to read, particularly for people who are short sighted.

Does this relate to an existing thread. If so post on there. Don't start a new one.1

If the driver is short sighted should'nt they be wearing lenses to combat? Either that or they should not be driving.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Your defence is going to be about the abuse of process of adding an unrecoverable sum to a claim, no evidence of the driver leaving the site, no keeper liability, the wordiness of the sign (probably not the height) and the fact the sign doesn't define 'the site boundary' - and no landowner authority.
But that looks like an Excel or VCS sign. I thought this place was ruined by ES Parking Enforcement

Someone lost a case in 2019 but that was before we used 'abuse of process' and before some Judges wised up:

And the poster made the silly mistake of disappearing after getting advice on a DEFENCE only, which is about a quarter of what he/she needed advice on and they didn't even come back to talk about their WS & evidence or preparation for what to say at the hearing or how to argue about the fake added £60. That wasn't a forum loss because if people go off piste and disappear after grabbing a defence, it's their look-out.
Anyway I listed what your defence points are likely to be but the sign is confusing me because that looks like a VCS or Excel sign - so who is the LBC from and is this something that relates to a previous thread?
No new threads about the same PCN please. Get them merged by a board guide if there is background here. We won't (don't have time to)look at 2 threads about the same PCN and - if there is an old thread about this that's not closed - you needed to reply on your old thread to bring it back to the top today.
