Supermarkets equal pay claim

There are firms pursuing the claim on behalf of a lot of supermarket workers (Leigh Day, amongst others maybe?) so if you think you're in the bracket of people who might be affected it might be worth contacting them. But I'd be very very wary about going with a firm who contacted you out of the blue. As above it's not like PPI.

I'd have said the best way of getting included in such a claim would be to be in the union. I know mine has been successful in equal pay claims.
