Easyjet refund

I asked for a refund from Easyjet for a flight cancelled end of April and gor confirmation back.
I have now got an email to say (I think, as a bit ambiguous) that they refunded my credit card on Friday 9th July. Still not received on my card. Does anyone know how long it takes!!! I have tried to phone Easyjet customer services but gave up after being on hold for over an hour - twice!!

Up to 28 working days for it to hit your account but normally 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday )Ex forum ambassador
