Our April holiday booked through Inspire for a hoseasons holiday was cancelled. At the time I requested a refund but not given, eventually dates requested were not available so asked for a refund beginning of May and advised this has been put forward and still I am waiting. I called Inspire last Monday and advised marked urgent as no money through yet and to call back in a week if heard nothing. Tried to call this morning and no connection ???!!!!!

I assume Inspire is the agent in Bramhall? They appear to be still trading so there may be a fault on the line. Hoseeasons, however, had to be threatened by the Competition and Markets Authority last month for their point-blank refusal to offer refunds, and very reluctantly have begun to refund but I suspect at a snail's pace. It almost certainly isn't the fault of the agent in this case1
