    This one is soooo simple!

Email Morrisons Head Office like in every single Morrisons thread...they cancel them all.
So important it needed saying twice? ;)

That will be OK for 2 of the PCNs, but not the other 2.

Roger that, I will email Morrisons, and then also email DCBL/DRP to confirm I am unaware of the drivers at the time, and I am only the registered keeper of the vehicle.

    Thanks again.

And yeah I have changed since then, when I was moving out I parked my car in Morrisons as it was beside the flat.

Ultimately I have learnt from my mistakes, as it's not something I want to deal with again, even the stress of having to think about this stuff.

OK, but they can all be dealt with on this forum.

No, you need to write to the parking firms. They are the ones who have erroneously passed your personal data to the debt collectors, and the ones you will complain about should they not call off their dogs.

Be careful what you write to Morrisons. No "I parked", it's "We parked", or "The vehicle our family use", if you are talking of the actual parking event itself - just in case they simply copy your correspondence across to PE.

If you have a Morrisons' loyalty card, quote that reference number. I guess you won't have receipts from so far back, but if you've bank/cc statements showing spend at Ms, provide copies of those too - even if not on the actual parking event dates, but to show you're a regular customer of theirs.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
