Hopefully this is in right forum! 

I made a claim with Tesco Bank 14 weeks ago as a hotel I had booked using their credit card had closed down because of COVID and the booking agent I had used refused me a refund or even a credit note (Otel.com - never use them!)

They Said it would be resolved within 6 weeks and here I am 14 weeks later with the £600 still on my card and having interest added every month too. 

I had contacted them multiple times and been given the same spiel that they are busy, the department is not customer facing and that I need to be patient as they are dealing with it. 

I am beyond frustrated with it and how long it's taking - any advice?

Yes - be patient.

Everyone is understaffed and overworked at the moment.

Try to get the balance cleared to stop unnecessary interest.

you have been patient enough - contact tesco and raise a formal complaint.

As a guide many card provider are running 8 week delay on chargebacks due to the sheer number of them.
