EasyJet Cyprus Flights in July

Hi. We have flights booked from Edinburgh to Paphos on July 25th but regulations mean we can’t actually enter Cyprus due to Coronavirus restrictions until at least August 1st. I can’t flex my holidays with work but EasyJet will not refund the flight as they say it’s still running on their systems. Does anyone know what my options are please? I can’t change to a flight departing in August so I just want to get them to refund the flights.

Your options are to take the flight, do the change of date, or not take the flight.
Not taking the flight would not mean a refund from Easyjet, maybe speak to your insurer.
Of course, the flight could still be cancelled in which case you woule get a full refund.0
