Could be they sold it new and sealed to Buyer A.  A opened it and returned, so seller taped it up and reused the listing.  Then re-used the label as well.

If it's a home seller with only the one game (accidental duplicate gift) - they might just be oblivious to the fact that the seal is important.  If they are selling a lot of games - they should know and may well be dodgy (selling used as new or copying and selling on the original).

But stick to your guns - the item was described as new, sealed and it wasn't.

I had to get ebay to step in and help I have printed off the ebay label and returned the game today quick question the case is asking for tracking number will this be automatically updated as I used the ebay label or do I have to put the details in myself ?

If ebay works as it is intended, you will try and try to input the tracking number and you won't be able.  You will be left thinking you need to add it somehow and either give up or ring ebay.  Ignore it. It's ebay and it's ridiculous programming.  The system knows the ebay label details even if it doesn't let you know that!

Yip I tried to input tracking details and it wouldn't let me will leave it till its delivered to see what happens
