Oakfurnitureland wardrobe issues

Hello
So we bought a wardrobe from oakfurniture land. Canterbury double wardrobe. Nice piece of furniture, but sadly we can't get it up the stairs!!
Has anyone had this or a similar wardrobe from oak furniture land?
I was going to unscrew it all (came almost fully assembled) and rebuild it upstairs but it looks like someone glued it together!!
