Are my shares worth anything?

Hi I'm looking for some advice on whether my shares are worth anything. I bought 10000 shares in Redstone communication back in 2002. Since then the company has bought numerous companies and then in 2013 they split part of the company to Redecntric. I received 3 share certificates 2 x 1 share in Redcentric and q x 12 shares in Redstone plc. Redstone then changed its name to Castleton in 2013 and which this year was bought by MRI software. Totally confused whether the 10000 shares became the 12 somehow and what has happened since. Any clarity you anyone can give would be appreciated. Thanks.

"Scheme Shareholders on the register at the Scheme Record Time, being 6.00 p.m. on 3 June 2020, are entitled to receive 95 pence in cash for every Scheme Share held. Cheques will be dispatched to Scheme Shareholders holding Scheme Shares in certificated form and the CREST accounts of Scheme Shareholders holding Scheme Shares in uncertificated form will be credited by no later than 18 June 2020."
So what's happened? You state 12 shares: you are saying you've received 12 x 95p (£11.40) for your shares?Edit: "Maiden dividend paid on 18 September 2019 of 1p per share" Did you receive this? It appears to have been a tiny company making a loss.

If you're holding them in certificated form and they were never lodged with a stockbroker you should contact the registrar. All dividends etc. will be distributed via it. Perhaps it doesn't have your current address? Castleton's 2018 annual report states that the registrar is Link Asset Services, Beckenham.1
