If you want to use codes and save money DON'T use the HONEY APP

I wasn't sure if this was the right forum - I am really sorry if it's not - do please let me know which forum it should be in.
I love codes and discounts, so I thought that the Honey App was the 'bees knees'
I was shocked to discover that in fact you end up WORSE off, if you use the APP.
The video shows five reasons why the APP costs you money, or is unethical and steals Affiliate Money. Although the video is very well researched I have to warn it is a little bit 'silly' (I guess they are comedy bits). Those comedy parts are mostly in the first two minutes, so if they are not your thing - hold on (if interested in the subject) as the rest of the video is enlightening.
Honey is the money saving App – that costs you money
If you use YouTube much you will know that Honey (for the last two years) has paid all the stars (and yes it is all the stars) to promote the App on there.
Their reviews are fake and this video shows:
Proof that Honey does NOT save you money
Proof that Honey is lying about how it works
Proof that Honey is unethical and steals money
Proof they on purpose don't give you the best coupon codes
And now PayPal owns Honey – things will only get worse
As I said the video has got a fair bit of ‘silliness’ (comedy?) from the presenter, but (once you get past that - most of it is in the first 2 mins) it has serious reasons and points and it has all been very well researched, plus many of the five reasons [backed up with proof] are here in this video for the first time.

I actually really enjoyed his comedy style! Not sure what that says about me.... .:/1

Says you should subscribe to that channel
As it has that sort of 'comedy' on all their videos
One of the earlier ones [about vitamin pills] is very good, it is actually much funnier [even I laughed a load] but you can see it's and earlier video, as it's not edited as well
The follow up they even have a FREE book [worth £19.99] that if you want info about vitamins is very good, and funny. The book has had great reviews from Doctors and the Sceptic Society.
I will see if I can link the videos0 -
If you like the 'comedy' and the well researched nature of the honey video this one is very good. But not as well edited in my opinion. The other videos on the channel are much more interesting, but far less similar in style to the OP video.

And this is the follow up video [vitamins]
I think the FREE book [£20 normally] is for people who have watched the video, so do pay it forward by watching one of the channels videos. If you want the book for free. It's all about Vitamins, everything you'd want to know, and has loads of jokes too.
They say they have loads more books coming, and they will all be given out FREE for a short while... anyway, currently this one is FREE
There is a long magazine review of the book by a Doctor/Academic here is the main part of that review:
"Horses for courses. The silliness will annoy some, stimulate others. I enjoyed the book more on a second reading when the style jarred less - and by the third, I was laughing. On a fourth reading, I jotted down some jokes that I will plagiarise!J might have done better to have ridden one horse - silly or scientific, but readers should take a deep breath and go with his flow.
Clearly based on credible research of the literature and insightful analysis of the various claims, His review of each vitamin (and zinc) is a very helpful addition to the practical sceptic’s database. And yes, many jokes are funny. Perhaps an acquired taste."
