Section75 live abroad uk credit card

Does anyone know if I use a uk credit card to buy something to be delivered to my jome in france is it covered under section 75. Want a new matress cisting 1275 euros.

    It should be, in the sense that the financing of a purchase with a UK credit card does bring the s75 joint liability into play, but the contract with the merchant will presumably be under French law, so your consumer rights, etc, will be governed by that, which may be significant if/when looking to establish breach of contract.

    Does your reference to a home in France suggest that you live there permanently and if so, is your card provider aware of that?
