TyreLeader.co.uk and their refusal to address the issue of sending me the wrong items

Hi all,
I recently purchase 4 tyres from TyreLeader.co.uk, and a couple of days later 4 tyres arrived, but they were totally different from the ones i had ordered!
I've emailed them a bunch of times with varying levels of reply ranging from;
* promising - "we will get back to you"
* disappointing - no reply for days on end
* disgusting - "please stop emailing us, it delays things"
It's been a month now with the wrong set of tyres taking up room in my house, and i can't get my car on the road as a result, can i;
1. charge them a storage fee for the wrong set of tyres sitting here for a month with no end in sight?
2. charge them interest on the money they've had from me that they've been happily banking for the last month?
3. get any further assistance in pressuring them into sorting this debacle out!?

    How did you pay ?
    Start a chargeback / s75 claim if applicable - goods not conforming to contract and failing to resolve to your satisfaction.
    Buy tyres somewhere else.

    they are not based in the UK

    AD TYRES INTERNATIONAL SLU Carrer Bonaventura Armengol num 10, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Andorra
  • Hi,
    Thanks everyone for the advice so far, they still are ignoring my daily emails, and have not collected the tyres.
    I am probably going to need legal advice to get this resolved and i can't get my car on the road without a new set of tyres (won't pass the MOT) and i can't afford new tyres without first getting a refund (i'm not a rich man)
    I had no idea they were based in Andorra, i spent ages looking for a company who had stock in the UK too! (.co.uk site means nothing these days!)
    Anybody know a helpful legal person?

    How did you pay for the tyres? If it was debit card then raise a chargeback claim with your bank, or credit card raise a chargeback or S75 claim.

    S75 would only apply if each tyre was >£100. (Or the 4 tyres were sold as 1x Set of tyres).
