Hi , we have booked a holiday with Love holidays for a 9 night stay in Oludenz in Turkey on august the 12th  It was booked and paid for in full last year , I have be trying to contact Love Holidays and easy jet , there has been no emails , phone calls , messages and live web chat , but no button to click on , finally after the first day i got through after waiting 3 hours in a queue then cut off, i tried the next day but with 250 people in front of me , after 3 hours I spoke to someonre who really didnt andwer any of my questions regarding covid 19 , easy jets flight checker said for the last month that there wasnt a flight but last week the said it confirmed ,with the current situation myself and the rest of my party would prefer to postpone the holiday to next year  I am told rhere wil be cancellation fees but  not sure how much yet ?  The lady on the live web said go into bookings and amend your details and they would get back to you but i did that last month with no success , I've got to try again monday , I am a member of 3 Oludenez facebook pages and it looks like a ghost town there , weve been told that you have to weaf face masks everywhere , over 65's not allowed out of hotel after 8pm , limited time in the pool , gloves on for tthe restaurant , hardly any staff on , most of the shops and market stall are closed as wil be our excursion out we had planned . Tui have cancelled nearly everry holidays to turkey recently and now i understand Greece are going back to lockdoen so you cam see why we dont want to go , I paid the hotel and flights via my debit card . we do want to go where nearly everywhere will be closed plus with massive restrictions as well .
It a worrying time especially as ive tried contacting love holidayds for months , the email adreess  is not manned so your replys just pings bsck , easy jet your in a queue for hours then you get cut off .  I would like to know where we stand ? Regards [Removed by Forum Team]

+1 to Robin9's advice to remove your personal details - NOW!

    Here is Loveholidays T&Cs.
    Cancellation policy in section 9.

Greece isn't  'going back to lockdown' - or at least not yet.
They've had some positive cases from overland tourists (Serbia & Bulgaria, I believe) so have increased precautions.
    UK flights start 15th July.
Don't believe everything you read on Facebook.

  • Hi Andy,

Totally understand your concerns and frustrations but if you have had the chance to read posts on here you will see that many hundreds of people are having the same problems and not just with Love Holidays.   ALL booking agents are having trouble sorting out their customers and are having to deal in strict date of order of travel.   That's the good news, the bad news is Love Holidays are only getting to people 7-10 days before date of travel.   Not good for your stress levels but the only thing you can do is wait.

If you go and cancel your holiday now, you will be obliged to adhere to the terms and conditions you agreed to when you booked.
I have no way of knowing which way it will go for you but at least 2 people  yesterday were complaining that their holidays to Turkey had been cancelled but as said these people were due to travel in 7 days time.

Nobody knows what the situation in Olu Deniz will be like in a month's time.  I think there is every chance you will be able to rebook but if not, have you been before?   It is a fabulous little place.  OK there may be restrictions in place but I know I could find something to enjoy while I am there.   The Turks will make sure you have a great time, they always do.   Don't stress too much.    Obviously I don't know your age so if you are looking for lots of nightlife, well Olu Deniz isn't that place anyway. :)
