Do you think that the Directors wish to take such a course of action? Personally they have invested a lot over the years to build the business. By extending the furlough scheme they are actually helping employees. If the company does fold. Then an administrator / liquidator will be appointed. As a consequence the remaining employees won't be left to fend for themselves with regards to statutory entitlements.Flybaby said:It is so saddening to see Directors treating their staff, most of whom have many years service, with so little care in such troubling times.
Being bitter achieves nothing. People are made redundant every week as companies fail. The management will be doing their utmost to salvage something from the wreckage.0
