Virgin Atlantic Credit Card Dispute Delay

Has anyone else asked for a consumer credit section 75 dispute to be sorted through Virgin credit cards? They are dragging their feet to the extreme after I claimed for undelivered goods bought in January 2020 after the company went into administration. I claimed in early May and they continue to respond with the same message that their specialist team are looking into it. It feels like I'm getting the run around.

Things are a little busy at the moment. 

It's not that they're dragging their feet, but that they don't have enough feet to drag. 

You probably would have had a faster result with a chargeback, as that would require much less work for them.

With all the disruption, new working practices, companies going bust etc its no surprise they'll have a big backlog and when they are asking for information from the administrators its out of their hands how quickly the administrators reply - your parcel may not rank above trying to pay laid off staff or taxes to HMRC etc.

Ultimately if you aren't happy then the route to go is to log a complaint though in the circumstances its annoying but understandable
