Received an email from TUI today saying my holiday in September is cancelled. Logged into my booking and booked the same holiday for next year. Booking was confirmed and I was told I could book my seats online. I logged in with booking number and name and then clicked choose your seats, it then proceeded to tell me that I had entered the wrong name or booking ref. Will not let me pick my seats. Tried phoning TUI, the message I got was "our offices are now closed, we are open 9 am to 5 pm" I phoned several times throughout the day and got the same message. I now cannot choose my seats and cannot contact TUI.

They are only open during the week at the moment. Use the number in the Covid section on their website.0

This is what it says on TUI website:To speak to the team, please call 0203 451 2688. If you booked in a TUI Store, you can call between 9am and 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. If you booked online or on the TUI or First Choice App, you can call between 9am and 7pm from Monday to Friday.
