Envirofone - problem

Like many disgruntled customers on Trustpilot I have received a faulty iPhone from Envirofone (in March 2020). I managed to return it before the date it closed due to Cover and the website stated that returns would be processed. Many enquiries later they are still closed, with rumours they may shut down which is really sad. No-one wants to see anyone go out of business. However, I'm £200 out of pocket and need the money for a new phone ( the one I use is dodgy which is why I wanted a new one). Is there any chance that customers will be compensated in this situation?
