ncp charging due to flight change

Hi
I had a flight booked on the 17th July at 16.50 with Jet2.
Jet2 have now informed me that the flight has changed to 11.05 on the 17th July
I then called your enquires line and was told that it was not possible to move the booking 6hrs (or actually 3hours has you have 3 hours grace) without a £10 charge.
So it seems in these extraordinary times when we need to pull together and continue to fly, shop, park etc, NCP have decided that they should profit from everyone who parks with them and flies on Jet2. On every Friday from Birmingham two fights, one at 7am another at 6pm have joined to fly at 11.05 am so everyone parking with you is charged at least £10.
The time change in flight is totally out of my control and is a direct result of the Covid 19 pandemic and Jet2 having to adjust their business model. And yet NCP has also adjusted their business model and instead of doing the right thing and allowing people to adjust to the forced airline changes you have sought to profiteer from the situation.
Well done!

What do NCP's T&C say about cancellations/alterations? How has NCP adjusted its business model? How are they profiteering? You have a contract which you wish to change. IMO your beef lies with the airline. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

If i had kept all my customers payments under my T&C's they would quite rightly stick two fingers up to me and go elsewhere. Sometimes in business you have to rip up the rule book and adapt, and you are quite right, i should have said NCP need to 'change' their business model because they will want to survive and by doggedly sticking to their self imposed T&C's will alienate their customers and like it or not, will been seen as making money from peoples misfortune. As for Jet 2, they are doing everything they can to get the flight to its destination by reducing the flights and keeping the customers they have happy. So no beef there.0

And if you do, and are taken to court, and the judge finds against you, how does that proifit you. You are not dealing with John Lewis here, these companies can, and sometimes do, ruin peoples' lives.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
