Multiple Charges on House

Hi,
Sorry this might be in the wrong category, just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction! My mum has three charges on her house from different sources. If she wanted to start to try and pay these off or do anything about this, would she need to contact the court which issued them? She has just buried her head in the sand previously but now wants to try and sort it.
Thanks in advance!

Land registry is the first port of call, they will be able to tell her who applied for the legal charges.

Did she not receive any letters off of land registry informing her of who the 3 are? If not definitely contact Land registry.0

Assuming these are charges for unpaid debt and not loans taken out with the house as security?0

I have an Official copy of the register of Title which show the charges and who applied. It gives a case number and then you can trace the value you may owe. However my problem is trying to trace Asset Link Capital (No.5) Liimited. There are a number of Asset Link Companies but No5 appears at companies house to be dormant. Anyone have a clue?0
