Paypal Credit card currency conversion options

Hi I used to be able to find a link on my Paypal account that enabled me to purchase in a foreign currency using my credir card's own rates and not use Paypal's own conversion rate. I can't find it any more. Anyone know how to access this option?

From a quick google it seems PayPal have removed this option.1

it looks like you have to choose conversion method every time you make a purchase whereas before you could set the default option for each card.
