In line with UK legal requirements paypal have changed their terms and conditions to require sellers to pay for returned goods on SNAD claims. Failure to provide funds for a return label will mean buyer gets to keep the item and get their money back.
The headline announcement on some paypal accounts (I got it yesterday when I bought something not from ebay) was that I had a paypal guarantee that meant if item was not as described I was entitled to a full refund and the cost of return, otherwise I could keep the goods for free.
Just be aware of this change if using paypal on other selling sites.
