    Hi can you voluntary terminate your agreement,if you have deferred payments for 3 months because of covid 19 as i am thinking about it.My half way point was december.I deferred in april. Any advise please
    Yes, it's a statutory right under the Consumer Credit Act

    You shouldn't be getting charged for the collection of the car, that's entirely there responsibility and their cost.

    If it sticks, force it.
    If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

    Any advice on what i need to do when agent contacts me about picking up car,eg picturers of car ,mot, service history and should i cancel direct debit if car is not picked up before 26th of this month ,as ive only got a text confirming VT cheers

    update agent picked up car on thursday ,They took photos and that was it,I had already took photo,s myself.They then sent me a condition report and a quote for £240 for,4 very small scratches they put down light scratches,i take it this would be down to wear and tear as i have had car nearly 3years and car is 10years old.I have not heard from finance company.

    Thanks for reply and link ive  checked there wear and tear bit and all 4 scratches are less than 25mm, more like 10mm and should all t cut out, so hope i dont here from finance company.
