Hi All,
just wondering if anyone knows if we would be eligible for the stamp duty holiday if we decided to staircase up to 100% ownership on a property worth £360,000 within this SDLT holiday period until March 2021

Assuming it's your only property then I can't see why not. Having said that, I'm not a solicitor and that's who will tell you one way or another.0
