Stamp Duty Holiday and Shared Ownership Staircasing

Hi All, 
just wondering if anyone knows if we would be eligible for the stamp duty holiday if we decided to staircase up to 100% ownership on a property worth £360,000 within this SDLT holiday period until March 2021

    Assuming it's your only property then I can't see why not. Having said that, I'm not a solicitor and that's who will tell you one way or another.
