    How is this helpful? If you can't say anything helpful or nice just don't say anything at all. This forum is supposed to be helpful and friendly. Not sarcastic.
    It's helpful in that it'll hopefully stop droves of moaners trying to get a benefit that was designed to help businesses, not consumers. 

    It's not all about customers, these businesses have been told to shut for months. Think about that before you climb on your soap-box - do you want them to go bust, and then people lose all of the money they've paid rather than a couple of hundred quid in a VAT refund?
