Refunds to closed accounts

I booked a holiday in October 2019 for this summer, which is now off. Flights cancelled by Jet2, accommodation cancelled by me via holidaylettings.co.uk. Both state they will refund in full (good news) to the original card used. In the interim, I have switched bank accounts and the original payment card (debit card) / bank account (Co-Op - Smile) is no longer valid. I have emailed Jet2 and holidaylettings to let them know, but not had a response from either yet. I'd welcome any suggestions on how best to manage this scenario along with any reassurances! Presumably I'm not the only one in this situation. Thanks!

The refund will need to be returned to the original payment method - but the bank you no longer have an account with will pass on the funds (assuming there's no debt with them).0

The money would probably go to a 'holding' account and you will need to contact the bank to make arrangements to transfer.0
